Hello Reader!

Here we are in 2024, and my personal goal is to make it the best year ever for Pennsylvania genealogy researchers. πŸŽ‰

Thank you for a great 2023!

2023 was a busy year! Over 7,000 people a month are visiting paancestors.com and the newsletter you are reading now reaches over 700 subscribers each week.

I don't run ads and I don't pay for subscribers, so the growth of PA Ancestors is thanks to your referrals. Thank you!

For 2024, I have started a reward program to better thank you for your referrals. Click any of the social icons below to share this newsletter with your friends. When 3 friends become a subscriber, you get access to all the PA Ancestors Members Only content. (which I'll be adding more to through out 2024).

Share with friends, get exclusive content!

Have friends who'd love our newsletter too? Give them your unique referral link (below), and get access to exclusive PA Ancestors Members Only content when 3 friends subscribe.

Look for my new name πŸ‘€

After 55 years of 'Denys', I decided to put an β€˜e’ on the end to make it easier to pronounce. Look for my new first name β€˜Denyse’ in emails and social media over the next month.

Curious about my personal genealogy research?

And lastly, I've finally set up a social media account to share my personal genealogy research. You can find it on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/denyse_chronicles/. Give me a follow and I'll follow you back!

P.S. The new year means an additional year of access to Pennsylvania state vital records. You can start by searching the original Department of Health Indexes on the PA State Archive website. Sadly it takes years for the images to appear on Ancestry, but you can request copies of the certificates for just a few dollars from the Archive.
